Live voice interpreting for UK organisations

Every voice, understood.

Speak, and be heard in their language. Each person talks naturally in their own language and, a second later, the other hears it in a clear, natural voice — with live captions on both screens, online or across the desk.

How it works

Three steps. No interpreter to find.

  1. 01

Book a time, or start now

Reserve a slot like you would book an interpreter, or start straight away. The service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  2. 02

    Bring the other person in

Send a link for a remote appointment — nothing to install, no account for your client. Face to face, simply place one tablet or laptop between you.

  3. 03

    Just talk

Each person speaks their own language. About a second after each sentence, the other hears it in a natural voice — male or female, like the speaker — and reads it on screen. No buttons to press.

Remote

From anywhere, on any device

Your client joins from a phone or computer with one link. You hear each other's real voices, with the translation spoken over them and captions on both screens.

Face to face

One device on the table

At a reception desk or in a meeting room, the device listens, works out who is speaking and says the translation out loud. Each half of the screen is in one person's language.

Privacy & trust

Made for sensitive conversations. Private by default.

Processed in the UK

Your conversations are processed on secure servers in the UK, under UK GDPR.

Your record, kept by you

We never store your conversations on our servers. At the end, you can download the transcript or receive it by email, so you keep your own record.

Your account, your team

Each organisation has its own account, minutes and history. Your clients never need an account.

Honest about AI

AI interpreting can make mistakes. For court, police interviews or critical medical consent, use a qualified human interpreter.

Pricing

Pay for the minutes you use. No subscription.

Minutes are only charged for the time actually used, and stay valid for 12 months.

Questions

Good to know

Does my client need to install anything?

No. They open the link you send them in any recent browser, on a phone or a computer. No app and no account.

How fast is the translation?

The translation is spoken about a second after each sentence ends. Speak normally and pause briefly at the end of a sentence.

Can we keep a record of the conversation?

Yes. At the end of each appointment you can download the full transcript, or have it emailed to your account address automatically. That copy is yours to keep: we never store conversations on our servers, so nothing remains with us once the appointment ends.

What if we run over time?

You can extend an appointment while it is running, if minutes and an interpreter are available. Only the minutes actually used are charged.

When should we use a human interpreter instead?

For court hearings, police interviews, critical medical consent or any situation where a translation error could cause serious harm.
